"Responsible for sales" tells nobody anything. "Grew territory revenue from $1.2M to $2.8M over 18 months" is what gets you an interview. Every bullet point should answer: so what?

Ignoring ATS Optimization

Over 70% of resumes are filtered out by software before a human sees them. Use keywords from the job description verbatim. Avoid tables, images, and text boxes in your PDF.

MISTAKE 03

Using an "Objective Statement"

Nobody cares that you "seek a challenging position." Replace it with a 3-sentence Professional Summary that answers: who you are, what you're excellent at, and what you're looking for.
